It shall be unlawful for:
A. Any person eighteen (18) years of age or over to induce, aid or encourage a child to violate any federal, state or local law or municipal ordinance of the city, or tend to cause children to become or remain delinquent, or aid, contribute to or become responsible for the neglect or delinquency of any child; and
B. Any person eighteen (18) years or over having a child in his legal custody or in his employment to wilfully abuse or ill treat, neglect or abandon such child in any manner likely to cause the child unnecessary suffering or serious injury to his health or morals; and
C. Any person eighteen (18) years of age or over to forcibly take away a child from or encourage him to leave the legal or physical custody of any person, agency or institution in which the child has been legally placed for the purpose of care, support, education or adoption, or any person to knowingly detain or harbor such child, or any person to commit any act described above.
