3-2-14: INSPECTION OF PREMISES; SAMPLES:

All premises licensed pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to inspection by any law enforcement agency or by any designated agent of the City, as well as by the Utah County or Utah State Board of Health; and every licensee shall, at the request of the same, furnish samples of the beverages which the licensee holds for sale.
