A. Required: The applications for licenses shall be accompanied by an application fee which shall be deposited in the city treasury. The retail license fee will be assessed and paid upon approval of application. The application and retail license fees shall be in addition to any other fee or charge imposed by the city or the state.
B. Amount: The nonrefundable application fee will be one hundred dollars ($100.00), and the appropriate retail license fee will be set by resolution. (Ord. 98-4, 2-17-1998)
