3-1-12: REDUCTION OF EFFECTIVE PERIOD:
The mayor shall have the power to reduce the effective period of a business license issued under the provisions of this chapter to not less than thirty (30) days and to continue to do so on that basis when in his judgment it is in the best interest of the peace, health and safety of the city. (Ord. 2000-27, 8-1-2000)
