3-1-6: DUE DATE OF APPLICATION AND FEE:
The application and fees provided for in this chapter shall be due and payable each year in advance, on or before December 31, except as to new businesses which application and fees shall be due and payable prior to the commencement of business. (Ord. 2000-27, 8-1-2000)
