Subject to applicable state law and this chapter, the planning commission may establish its own bylaws and reasonable rules related to organization and procedure with respect to matters within its jurisdiction. Said bylaws and policies and procedures shall be approved by the city council before taking effect. (Ord. 2002-5, 2-5-2002)
