7-10-14: PERFORMANCE BOND:

Each permittee shall, not less than ten (10) days prior to the commencement of hauling waste to the facility as provided in this chapter and the facility's rules and regulations, provide the facility manager with a performance bond in such amount as the facility may, from time to time, require.
