2-1-8: REFERENCE TO TERMS:

Wherever in this code reference is made to the "plan commission", "planning commission", "zoning board of appeals" or the "board of appeals", said terms shall mean the "combined plan commission and zoning board of appeals" established pursuant to the terms and provisions of this chapter.
