4-13-8: MAINTENANCE AND ACCESS FOR INSPECTION:
   A.   All SWES shall be readily accessible for inspection at all times.
   B.   All SWES shall be maintained and kept in good working order. Systems that are abandoned or out of service for a continuous six (6) month period shall be dismantled and completely removed from the property within thirty (30) days of abandonment or being taken out of service.
