Certain documents, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk of the city of Plano, Kendall County, Illinois, being marked and designated as the international energy conservation code, 2015 edition, as published by the International Code Council, and is hereby adopted as the code of the city of Plano, Kendall County, Illinois, for regulating and governing energy efficient building envelopes and installation of energy efficient mechanical, lighting and power systems in the city of Plano, and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such international energy conservation code, 2015 edition, published by the International Code Council, on file in the office of the city clerk of the city of Plano, Kendall County, Illinois, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.
