3-2-11: DISPOSITION AND REFUND OF FEES:
All license fees shall be paid to the City at the time the license is issued and shall be forthwith turned over to the City Treasurer.
No refund of any license fee shall be made. (Ord. 2018-25, 11-26-2018)
