§ 53.24 TEST COMPLETION.
   (A)   In no case shall any electrician or person, after the completion and test of any electrical work, if it be the first introduction of service wire, leave the electricity turned on in the premises.
   (B)   When the electricians make repairs to wires or fixtures on any premises, they shall leave the electricity turned on or turned off as they found it to be when they entered upon the premises to make such repairs. When an electrician turns off the electricity in any building or removes an electrical meter for any reason, the electrical power system shall be notified immediately.
