§ 53.23 UNLAWFUL CONNECTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to lay any electrical lines or introduce into or about any building or any grounds, and electrical lines, or do any wiring work in any building or on any grounds for the purpose of connecting such lines or wiring, either directly or indirectly to the city transmission lines, or make any additions to or alterations of any electrical lines, transmission lines or other fixtures or apparatus for the supply of any premises with electricity from the city transmission lines without first obtaining a permit to do such work.
