§ 53.05 POWER AND AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH PERSONS, CORPORATIONS OR COOPERATIVES.
   The city shall have the power and authority to enter into an agreement with persons, corporations, or cooperatives for the purchase of electrical energy service to maintain and construct necessary facilities of the transmission of electrical energy from a point within or without the city.
