§ 53.04 POWER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
   The city shall have the power to enter into a contract with the United States of America for the purchase of electrical energy for resale, and to maintain and construct the necessary facilities for transmission of electrical energy from a point within or without the municipality.
