§ 53.02 POWER AND AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH ANY OTHER GOVERNMENTAL UNIT OR UNITS.
   The city shall have the power and authority to enter into an agreement with any other governmental unit or units for the joint or cooperative authority of any power or duty requested or authorized by statute and as a part of such agreement may provide a plan for pro-rating any expenditures involved.
