(A) All water bills shall be paid at the office of the Finance Officer, and if not paid on or before the fifteenth of the month after they become due, they shall become delinquent and the water may be shut off without notice, the water shall not be turned on again until all back billings and other charges have been paid, together with the charge of $40 for turning the water off and on.
(B) No person shall turn on the water to any premises from which the water has been turned off as herein provided without written authority from the Water Department.
(C) If it is necessary to dig up curb stop or corporation stop to shut off water for non-payment of water bill, said cost of work shall be added to water bill in addition to all other charges.
