§ 52.16 CONTROL VALVE; PRIVATE LINES.
   On all private water lines connected to a city water main, there shall be installed at the expense of the owners and at the direction of the Superintendent of Water and Sewers, a control valve between the city water main and the lot line so that the water may be shut off from said private line.
