(A) For water tap fees, see § 50.02 of this title. The actual cost of labor and materials will be charged if the city equipment and personnel are utilized to install the tap.
(B) No corporation stops shall be inserted in the city mains larger than one and one-quarter inches in diameter. If service larger than one and one-quarter inches is desired, it shall be by a series of taps up to and including two inches or a tapping sleeve and valve larger than two inches.
