§ 52.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SUPERINTENDENT OF WATER AND SEWERS. The person appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council who will have under his or her special charge the Water and Sewer Departments of the city.
   WATER DEVELOPMENT. The department of the city government having charge and control of the municipal water plan and any and all property pertaining to the city.
