§ 50.15 DELINQUENT UTILITY BILLS.
   (A)   Residential accounts. If a residential customer fails to pay his or her utility bill by the twentieth day of the month in which the bill is due, the city will mail a disconnect notice to the customer during the last week of the month. The disconnect notice shall inform the customer that the electric service shall be disconnected if full payment is not received by the time that the City Hall office closes on the seventh day of the following month. In the event that the seventh day of the month falls on a holiday, or weekend day, the electric shall be disconnected if full payment is not received by the time that the City Hall office closes on the next regular business day.
   (B)   Commercial accounts. If a commercial customer fails to pay his or her utility bill by the twentieth of the month in which the bill is due, the city will mail a disconnect notice to the customer during the last week of the month. The disconnect notice shall inform the customer that the electric service shall be disconnected if full payment is not received by the time that City Hall office closes on the seventh day of the following month. In the event that the seventh day of the month falls on a holiday or weekend day, the electric service shall be disconnected if full payment is not received by the time that the City Hall office closes on the next regular business day.
