(A) From and after the effective date of this section, that is after publication and upon the expiration of the time for referendum, all sections of code of ordinances, Sewers, Chapter 51, and the appendices thereto, all as amended, providing for the setting of, or setting rates for various classes of users of the city municipal sewage system, and all such rates, user fees, meter fees, charges, surcharges, penalties of any kind shall hereinafter be set by resolution of the City Council in such sum or amounts as it may from time to time deem reasonable.
(B) From and after the effective date of this section, that is after publication and upon the expiration of the time for referendum, all sections of this code of ordinances, Water, Chapter 52, all as amended, providing for the setting of, or setting rates for various classes of users of the city municipal water system, and all such rates, user fees, meter fees, charges, surcharges, penalties of any kind shall hereinafter be set by resolution of the City Council in such sum or amounts as it may from time to time deem reasonable.
(C) From and after the effective date of this section, that is after publication and upon the expiration of the time for referendum, all sections of code of ordinances, Electrical Power, Chapter 53, and the appendices thereto, all as amended, providing for the setting of, or setting rates for various classes of users of the city municipal electrical system, and all such rates, user fees, meter fees, charges, surcharges, penalties of any kind shall hereinafter be set by resolution of the City Council in such sum or amounts as it may from time to time deem reasonable.
