§ 92.50 PROHIBITIONS.
   It is prohibited within the city for any person, firm, corporation or accompany to permit or allow the storage or the accumulation of junk whether upon his or her own premises or upon premises under his or her control, unless said junk is inside of a structure on said premises or unless said junk is enclosed by a fence.
