§ 92.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   A violation of the terms of §§ 92.01 through 92.05 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.

   (C)   As set out in § 92.38, a failure to so remove a vehicle shall be punished by the imposition of a fine of $200.
