§ 92.39 NUISANCE.
   Junk vehicles shall constitute a nuisance as defined in §§ 92.01 through 92.05; however any provisions contained in §§ 92.01 through 92.05 regarding junk vehicles in conflict with the provisions of §§ 92.35 through 92.38 are hereby repealed.
