§ 92.35 JUNK MOTOR VEHICLES DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUNK MOTOR VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle as defined below in which is:
      (1)   Not mechanically sound to the extent of being driveable on its own power;
      (2)   Not driveable by reason of flat or uninflated tires or the removal of any part necessary for the safe operation of the vehicle; or
      (3)   Any motor vehicle required to be registered by state law as a condition of being operated on public highways that is not currently registered and displaying a current registration plate.
   MOTOR VEHICLES. Any automobile, snowmobile, motorcycle, tractor, farm vehicle, motor home or other vehicle designed or ever modified to be propelled by power other than muscle power.
