§ 92.36 PARKING OF JUNK MOTOR VEHICLES ON PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park any junk motor vehicle or permit any junk motor vehicle owned by him or her to be parked on any street, alley or other public right-of-way in the city.
