(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 91.30 through 91.40 shall, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Additionally, any person or entity determined by the Health Officer to be in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 91.30 through 91.40 may be fined an amount not exceeding $500, and each day that any such person or entity is determined by the Health Officer to be in violation of any of the provisions above may constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such.
