The said sanitary landfill shall be used exclusively for the dumping or depositing of garbage, trash, refuse and waste material only, and it shall be unlawful for any person to place or deposit on the sanitary landfill any vehicle. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit on said sanitary landfill any dead horses, mules, sheep, swine or cows without being buried at the direction of the Landfill Supervisor and at least two feet underground and at the expense of the person depositing said animal.
