Every motor vehicle operated or driven in the city shall during the period of one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise, and at any other time when there is not sufficient light to render clearly discernible any person on the street at a distance of 200 feet ahead, display lighted lamps as required by SDCL § 32-17-4, and all amendments thereto.
