§ 52.028 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RATES.
   (A)   Any economic development project within the town will be charged the following rates and charges for the use and services rendered by the waterworks system of the town, effective on the first full billing period commencing upon the adoption of a resolution of the Town Council finding that the applicant has fulfilled the criteria set forth below:
      (1)   Has been approved for tax abatement relief from the town;
      (2)   Has invested $25,000,000 or more in land, building and equipment by the party approved for the aforementioned tax abatement;
      (3)   Creates 35 or more new jobs in the town; and
      (4)   Utilizes, on average, not less than 150,000 gallons per day of water flow.
