951.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined no more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (b)    Upon conviction for any offense under the terms of this chapter, the authority granted under Sections 951.10 and 951.11 may be revoked by the Village Administrator.
