(A) The fee for a license required by § 114.10 shall be $5 per year, payable in advance.
(1) Payment of the fee shall entitle the licensee to operate as a carrier of persons for hire on the streets of the city.
(2) The license fee of $5 shall entitle the licensee to operate not more than three vehicles upon the streets of the city.
(B) In the event any licensee, operating as a carrier under this chapter, desires to operate more than three vehicles to be used in the occupation of carrying persons for hire, he or she shall pay an additional license fee of $5 for each vehicle added to be used above three.
