(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to park any vehicle other than horses and horse-drawn vehicles in the three parking spaces in the southwest corner of the municipal parking lot located on Lot Six, Block Four of the Original Town, now the City of Pittsfield.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to park any motor vehicle, tractor, trailer, or combination thereof weighing in excess of 10,000 pounds, overnight, on the north side of West Benson Street between Memorial Street and Madison Street.

(C) It is unlawful to park a vehicle or permit any vehicle to stand at any time in any of the following places, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic-control device:
