§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   General. Whoever violates any provision of this traffic code for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided by ordinance or by appropriate statutory penalty as generally set forth in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, §§ 16-101 et seq. shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750.
   (B)   Skateboards. Upon the admission or determination of responsibility for a violation of §§ 70.55 through 70.61, the responsible person shall be assessed the following civil fines and costs:

and all costs incurred by the city in enforcement and prosecution including actual attorney fees. In addition, violators shall be responsible for reimbursement/restitution for damage caused by the violation.
   (C)   Every person convicted of § 71.042(E) shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor if the violation does not result in great bodily harm or permanent disability or disfigurement to another. If the violation results in great bodily harm or permanent disability or disfigurement to another, the person shall be guilty of a Class 3 felony.
