§ 111.10 REQUIRED.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall operate, maintain, or conduct three or more billiard, pool, bagatelle, or pigeonhole tables on one premises open to the public without first having obtained a license therefor as herein required, provided, however, that the holder of any current and valid liquor license issued by the city shall be exempt from the provisions of this section. All applications for licenses shall state thereon the intended location of the place of business and the number of tables to be used therein.
