§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The Mayor shall have the right to revoke any license issued hereunder for the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense.
