Any Lake Police Officer who shall neglect or refuse to perform any duty required of him or her by this subchapter or by other ordinances, rules and regulations of the city or who shall, in the discharge of his or her duties as a Lake Police Officer, be guilty of fraud, favoritism, extortion, suppression, willful wrong or injury shall, in each case, be subject to the penalty prescribed in § 10.99 and shall be subject to suspension and removal from duties.
