§ 90.105 MAINTENANCE.
   (A)   All tenants contracting for aircraft maintenance service (power plants, aircraft, avionics and the like) shall be required to provide the following:
      (1)   An FAA-designated aircraft main- tenance inspector.
      (2)   The minimum number of one certifi- cated mechanic technician who properly schooled, trained and competent for his or her assigned duties.
      (3)   The minimum investment of $5,000 in machinery, tools and parts.

   (B)   All tenants contracting for any type of operating privileges shall provide entire maintenance for the interior of any building which they are leasing, with the exception of the replacement of major facilities such as heating or cooling units when they are an integral part of the building. If a tenant occupies only a portion of a building he or she shall be responsible for maintaining only that portion of the interior of the building which he or she actually leases.

   (C)   All equipment and facilities maintained by any tenant on the premises shall, at all times, be kept in a good and workmanlike manner, neat, orderly and in good workable condition. All personnel employed by any tenant on the premises must be schooled, trained and competent for his or her assigned duties and shall be of good moral character.
