All ramp equipment, fueling apparatus, and aircraft wheel blocks shall be parked or kept in a neat and orderly manner. No receptacles, chests, cases, or housing shall remain on the apron or ramp area that are not in keeping with the general architectural and cleanliness standards of the rest of the installation.
