§ 90.069 BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY.
   (A)   No person shall engage in any business or commercial activity of any nature at the airport, except under contract with the city.
   (B)   No person shall solicit fares, alms or funds at for any purpose at the airport without the permission of the Airport Manager.
