§ 90.068 LOITERING.
   (A)   No person shall loiter on any part of the airport or in any building at the airport.
   (B)   No person shall come upon or use the airport except while traveling through as a passenger on an interstate bus or taxicab or while enplaning or deplaning as a passenger on an aircraft operating at the airport, after the person has been denied use of the airport by the Airport Manager.
   (C)   Any person who shall refuse to comply with these applicable rules and regulations, after proper request to do so by the Manager or other authorized representative, shall be requested to leave the airport. In the event of his or her failure to comply with a proper request to abide by the rules and regulations or the city shall be regarded as a trespasser.
