(A) No person shall travel on airport property other than on roads, walks or places provided for the particular class of traffic.
(B) No person shall walk in a picket line as a picket or take part in any labor or other public demonstration on any part of the airport except in those places the Airport Manager has specifically assigned for use by the picket lines or other public demonstrations.
