§ 90.064 INTERFERING OR TAMPERING WITH AIRCRAFT.
   No person shall interfere or tamper with an aircraft or put in motion the engine of the aircraft or use any aircraft, aircraft parts, instruments or tools without permission of the owner or by specific direction of the Airport Manager.
