No person shall destroy, injure, deface, or disturb in any way, any building, sign, equipment, marker or other structure, tree, flower, lawn or other property at the airport; nor alter, make additions to or erect, any building or sign, or make any excavations to the airport; nor willfully abandon any personal property at the airport.
