§ 90.048 TAXIING RULES.
   (A)   No person shall taxi an aircraft until he or she has ascertained there will be no danger of collision with any person or object.
   (B)   No aircraft shall be operated in a careless or reckless manner.
   (C)   All taxiing will be confined to taxi strips, unless otherwise authorized by the Airport Manager.
   (D)   No person shall start or run the engine of any aircraft at any location at the airport in such a manner as to cause injury to persons, damage to other aircraft or property, or in such a manner as to blow paper, dirt or other materials across taxiways or runways in such a manner as to endanger the safety or operations of the airport.
