Persons involved in aircraft accidents/incidents occurring at the airport, immediately or as soon as possible, shall make a full report thereof to the Airport Manager for transmittal to the Illinois Division of Aeronautics. The report shall include names, addresses and all pertinent information. When a written report of an accident is required by Federal Aviation Administration regulations, a copy of it will be submitted to the Manager in lieu of the report required above.
