§ 90.023 PARKING; LEAVING; LOADING AND UNLOADING.
   (A)   No person shall park a motor vehicle for loading, unloading or any other purpose at the airport, other than in the areas specifically established for parking and in the manner prescribed by signs, lines or other means.
   (B)   No person shall abandon any motor vehicle at the airport.
   (C)   No person shall park a motor vehicle in a manner so as to obstruct roadways, nor in aircraft parking areas, on grass areas, nor leave the engine running while the motor vehicle is unattended.
   (D)   The Airport Manager shall have the authority to tow or otherwise move, at the operator's expense, motor vehicles which are parked by their owners or operators at the airport in violation of the regulations of the airport.
   (E)   Any vehicle covered by these regulations is parked when the vehicle is not in motion and there is no one present to attend the vehicle.
