(A) No person shall operate a motor vehicle of any kind at the airport in a reckless or negligent manner or in excess of the speed limits prescribed by the city. Speed limits shall not exceed 15 miles per hour on ramp or apron areas or aircraft parking and hangar areas.
(B) Pedestrians and aircraft at all times shall have right-of-way over vehicular traffic. All vehicles shall pass to the rear of taxiing aircraft.
(C) No person operating a motor vehicle at the airport shall fail to give proper signals or fail to observe the directions of posted traffic signs.
(D) No person under the influence of liquor or narcotic drugs shall operate a motor vehicle or aircraft at the airport.
(E) No person shall operate any motor vehicle on the airport overloaded or carrying more passengers than that for which the vehicle was designed. No person shall ride on the running board, stand in the body of a moving vehicle, ride on the outside of the body of a vehicle, or with arms or legs protruding from the body of a motor vehicle.
(F) No vehicle shall be operated at the airport if it is constructed, equipped or loaded as to endanger persons or property.
(G) No person shall operate a motor scooter, truck or other motor vehicle without exhaust protected by screens or baffles to prevent the escape of sparks or the propagation of flame at the airport.
(H) When parking adjacent to a runway, all vehicles shall park parallel to the runway and at least 100 feet to the outside of the runway lights.
(I) All vehicles which are authorized to operate in the runway area shall display an orange flag of approximately three square feet on a mast attached to the outside of the vehicle. All vehicles operating at the airport between the hours or sunset and sunrise shall have fully operational headlights and taillights visible at least 500 feet and all gasoline trucks and service trucks shall carry an overhead 360° revolving red or amber beacon.
