§ 72.16 PARKING VEHICLES OF THE SECOND DIVISION.

It shall be unlawful to park or permit to stand a vehicle of the second division, except for the purpose of loading or unloading or in compliance with directions of a police officer, in the central business district between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, inclusive.
